They're looking for a Client Manager with around 5 years' experience to join their collaborative, cloud-based team. About the Role This is a hands-on, client-facing position where you’ll manage workflow, review work prepared by offshore staff, and build relationships with a loyal, long-term client base. Key responsibilities include: Managing compliance for companies, trusts, and group structures Reviewing offshore-prepared files (offshore team completes ~80% of the work) Regular direct contact with clients via phone, email, and in person Participating in daily workflow meetings with the offshore team About You You’re an experienced accountant ready for more ownership, autonomy, and client interaction. You’re technically solid and enjoy working in a team that values communication and culture over rigid hierarchies. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: 5 years’ experience in public practice (business services/tax) Strong technical grounding in compliance work Experience with group structures and Div7A (desirable) Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with clients Exposure to Xero, CAS360, Karbon, and Ignition (advantageous) Why This Firm?
